Law Office - Interiors Project
The FBK & R Law Firm office located in Lexington, Kentucky has a large collection of works of by the artist Paul Klee which they would like to display in their new office. Paul Klee’s artistic style and his works will serve as the inspiration for the design. Paul Klee is a very individualistic artist who combines inspirations from cubism, abstractionism, surrealism, and expressionism to create his own style of art. Klee’s modernistic and out of box approach to art will be evident in the design of the FBK & R law firm’s office. He often liked to include satirical or witty subject matter and was fascinated by children’s art which he tried to recreate in his own. He even creates his own form of symbols, numbers, and words to use his paintings to convey ideas. His art has a unique, modern point of view has pushed the envelope of modern design, aesthetics, and ideas toward creative freedom and individuality. The most notable characteristics of his art are how colorful, abstract, and uniquely individual they are. These characteristics will serve as the basis for the design of the law office.
