Transgressions on Bunker Hill

Transgressions on Bunker Hill, a museum in downtown Los Angeles, brings light to the repression of and  transgressions against the homeless and poor throughout its history.  As a city who would rather tear itself down than permit them to stay, let this museum act as a first step toward peace in the war between the city and homeless community.  May it serve to offer these groups a sense of justice and respect.

The Museum is interjected into S. Grand Ave. between 4th and 5th Streets and consists of elevators moving vertically and horizontally that open at various nodes to exhibits highlighting the transgression on Bunker Hill over the years.  For Example, a corner office in a high rise building is transformed into a street corner.
